Tropiano Airport Shuttle services all major hotels and businesses in the suburbs of Philadelphia as listed in the “Hotel Schedule & Fare List” on the web site. From these hotels, passengers are able to go to/from the Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. Reservations are required for all Shuttle Service.
Special Arrival Instruction into Airport:
After you have your luggage, go to the Ground Transportation Desk in the Baggage Claim Area and dial #19. This will connect you to the Tropiano Dispatcher and he/she will instruct you on where to go for pickup.
Special Arrival Instructions into 30th Street Train Station:
When you arrive, go to the main concourse and call Tropiano Inc. at 800-559-2040. The dispatcher will instruct you from here on where to go for pickup.

For you convenience please remember that Oaks is in the suburb therefore driving is the suggested mode of transportation as cabs can be expensive.

Tips to remember for the cab companies:
• Plan ahead; please allow plenty of time for the wait. It can be more than an hour at times.
• Share a ride, remember cabs are harder to get in the suburbs compared to the cities
• Remember to pay a per ride fee, not a per person fee.
Train / Amtrak / SEPTA:
Amtrak: 800.USA.RAIL. Service from NY City, Washington DC and other parts of the country to Philadelphia, arriving at 30th St Station. http://www.amtrak.com/. Amtrak's Metro liner Service puts Philadelphia's 30th Street Station just 1 hour and 10 minutes from New York City, and only 1 hour and 40 minutes from Washington, D.C. From 30th Street Station, you can rent a car or take public transportation into the Valley Forge area. It's just a 30-minute drive. Tropiano provides a shuttle service.
