PRICING PACKAGE
Convention Center Level:         $20 per square foot
Convention Center Hallway:     $18 per square foot
Meeting Rooms:                     $ 8 per square foot
Meeting Room Level Hallway   $12 per square foot
W.L. Mills Ballroom/Hallway    $14 per square foot
W.L. Mills Auditorium/Hallway $10 per square foot

* Two booth minimum for Corners
** A show fee of $500 per contract is required. The fee includes: One half-page black and white ad in the printed buyers guide - distributed to buyers at the show; One half-page full color ad in the online buyers guide; an online pop-up ad with a link from our website to yours.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$500 show fee due December 1, 2011, or upon signing contract . A 50% deposit is due on March 1, 2012 or upon signing contract, whichever is later. Final payment is due by July 1, 2012. Full payment is due for contracts signed after July 1, 2012.
