EXPANDED WORLD STYLE, CALIFORNIA-MADE OFFERINGS AMONG SUMMER 2015 CALIFORNIA GIFT SHOW HIGHLIGHTS

ATLANTA (April 14, 2015) - Reinforcing its position as a leading destination for artisan crafts and creative designs from around the world, the July 17-20, 2015 California Gift Show returns to the Los Angeles Convention Center’s Kentia and South Halls with an expanded “World Style” section and “California Dreamin’,” a new collection of California-made resources. Backed by a growing assortment in all product categories, a strong line-up of educational seminars and buyer services, as well as the continued promotional alliance with LA Mart and California Market Center, the summer edition will help Western region retailers gear up for a successful third and fourth quarter selling season.

“We think our new ‘California Dreamin’ spotlight has tremendous growth potential,” says Dirk von Gal, Vice President of Gift, Urban Expositions. “Retailers are always looking for new, locally made resources and we are laying the groundwork for what we think will evolve into a very strong category. Together with the continued growth of our destination Kentia Hall World Style sector, as well as an expanding roster of new, first-time exhibitors across all categories, retailers are sure to find even more of the new and different designs they are searching for.”
