ORLANDO GIFT SHOW
RULES & REGULATIONS
The Orlando Gift Show is a wholesale trade show for professional retail buyers only.
In order to gain entry to the show as a buyer, each member of your company will need to check in at registration and present their own PERSONAL ID along with their own TWO FORMS of BUSINESS ID. Two forms of business ID may include: Personalized Business Card, Pay Stub, Business License, tax ID number, Company Check/Credit Card, and/or letterhead. If a staff member cannot produce proper business credentials to register as a buyer, they may gain entry to the show as a GUEST, and will be subject to pay a $20 guest fee.
Please Note: Registration is FREE to qualified buyers. There is a $20 fee for all guests accompanies by a registered buyer. The $20 guest fee will also apply to children 14 and under.
In keeping with the wholesale nature and intent of the show, the sale of merchandise for delivery at point of sale are expressly limited to the Jewelry & Accessories Expo. No sample buying will be permitted in the Orlando Gift Show.
To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years are strongly discouraged and no strollers will be admitted onto the show floor.
The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.
